1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a business listing on the Love Hilton website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the User”) and Love Hilton (“the Website”).

2. Business Listings

  • Users are responsible for uploading their own business details, descriptions, logos, and photographs.

  • Listings will only be published once full payment has been received for the chosen package.

  • Love Hilton reserves the right to review, edit, or decline any listing that does not meet our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Love Hilton a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share their listing on the website and associated marketing platforms.

  • Users confirm that they have the necessary rights to use and upload all submitted materials (including images and logos).

4. Payments & Packages

  • Listings are subject to the fees outlined on the Advertising Packages page.

  • Payment must be made in full before a listing will be published.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Accuracy of Information

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information in their listing is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

  • Love Hilton accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made in listings.

6. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload or publish:

  • False, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • Illegal material or anything that violates South African law.

7. Website Rights

  • Love Hilton reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing without prior notice if these terms are breached.

  • Love Hilton does not guarantee any specific business results or customer engagement from a listing.

8. POPI Act & Privacy

  • By submitting your information, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Your information will be used solely for the purpose of publishing your business listing and related communications.

  • Love Hilton will take reasonable steps to safeguard personal information but cannot be held liable for unauthorised access beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Love Hilton is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained in business listings.

  • Users indemnify Love Hilton against any claims, damages, or losses relating to their listing content.

10. Changes to Terms
Love Hilton reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
