Well-being for Hilton’s Senior residents
Hilton Buddies is a community initiative run by volunteers that aims to keep an eye on the safety and well-being of Hilton Senior Residents. Working closely with SAPS and the various security groups, Hilton Buddies volunteers are dedicated to keeping the elderly residents in our area safe and connected. Various social events, luncheons, walking groups, and fundraisers are organized to create a platform where seniors can stay physically, mentally, and socially active. Volunteers from the Hilton community who have a heart for the elderly are connected with a Hilton Buddy to check on them, visit, and connect as needed. Hilton Businesses mostly sponsors this initiative, and the seniors give back by hosting fundraisers for various community projects. Hilton Buddies truly show what the Hilton community spirit is all about.
